Ingredients:
Dough: Burghul, Groat, Beef, Water, Salt
Filling: Minced Beef, Lipid, Onion, Spices, Raisins, Sodium Phosphate, Soya Protein
Preparation: Heat oil in a pan until 180° degrees. Fry the kibbeh until golden brown and crisp. Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper or tissue.
